Amazon Germany had the PS3 Slim listed correctly before its Gamescom announcement, are they replicating that with a new Xbox 360 Elite unit!? They are still using the same listing numbers for the PS3, so is there certainly some truth to this? Below is the listing so you can see for yourselves. The bundle includes the larger HDD, Forza 3, and two controllers, not bad I must say.

 

 

I'm gonna go ahead and say this is real, if they are moving the Elite to the price of the Pro and pricing the Pro to move on out., then they will need a new premium console to keep core gamers even more interested with the prospect of more storage. As it is, they are the most likely bunch to rip their games to their HDD, I will that's for sure. 250GB is a whole lot of space for a console that can't just have any old HDD put into whenever you want.

 

If this is listed correctly then I think it would lend credence to rumors that there will be a 250GB PS3 Slim hitting the market soon as well. With the Tokyo Game Show mere weeks away, it could be they are saving all the console announcement for different shows throughout the rest of the year, but if that's the case something could always be announced at PAX. Is 250GB too much or not enough space for our gamer friends?
